I have been looking on the internet for the standard rueda de casino curriculum to teach. Finally, I can have it in a book.

This book really surprised me. I was expecting a classic figures text explanation, but there was a visual explanation with drawings and charts as well. There was a history lesson and a ” basic elements of the dance” explanation. The last half of the book was explaining the new technics and how the dance evolved.

If you teach rueda de casino you should read this book! If you want to be a great teacher you should not stop learning new things.

Wow! I did learn so many things! The chapter on the history of rueda de casino has things I had never heard before. PLUS there is a chapter towards the end with all the new structures …. Which will take my teaching to the next level
